Why BRAH Electric

Looking for a tight-knit culture where your contributions really matter? BRAH Electric is looking for a relaxed and hard-working Warehouse Associate for our San Clemente warehouse. You may be a perfect fit if you easily learn part numbers and how things fit together, know how to stay positive and organized, and make good use of your time with minimal need for direction.

As a critical piece of our 10-person team, you would serve as our lone ranger warehouse associate--a badge we hope you'll wear with honor. You interact with sales reps and manage a lot of tasks throughout the day, as well as help keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly. When there's an urgent need, it falls on you to pick the order, swap components, complete shipping details, and get it out the door.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receiving and Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify and inspect products for accuracy and quality, and report any discrepancies.

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts.

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to our customers.

  • Shipping and Logistics: Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping carriers. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.

  • General Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Work Closely with Sales: Work closely with our three sales reps to ensure orders are organized and go out on time. Make management aware of ongoing issues so that we can work well together as a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills (always lots do, you need to find some of it on your own).

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.

  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts, is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Schedule & Compensation

  • $20 - $25 / hr DOE (lower end of comp range if you have no warehouse or electrical experience, and on the upper end if you have deep experience in both. Growth opportunities are available as you put in the effort to learn)

  • $500 bonus available for gaining specific skills like understanding part number variations for picking parts off the shelf and becoming proficient with coil swaps and bus plug conversion kits (training provided). Dive in and learn—we want to give you this bonus, because it helps you and our team!

  • $50 bonus for weekend shipments (when applicable)

Schedule

  • 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri

  • Overtime options potentially available

  • Some weekend coverage for emergency shipments is appreciated, and include a $50 bonus when applicable

What Customers are Saying...

Randy Vaughn and Brah Electric are a phenomenal source for power distribution and motor control components. His expertise in the industry has been a save on several situations through out the years of us working together. Quick responses, great pricing, and willing to go the extra mile to help is an unmeasurable value to all of us at Exco Industrial. Thanks!

James Ferguson

Without a doubt the best and easiest electrical manufacturer to work with. I have worked with a couple different people at the company, they have been so respectful and friendly that I feel like I have known them for years. We might as well be childhood friends. They have always gone above and beyond to fulfill all of our needs. 100% recommended.

Brandon Jennings

The OEM’s are so hard to deal with sometimes. Thankfully BRAH is the complete opposite. They know their equipment and have very fast response times. If you ever are in need of power distribution call Randy Vaughn. He will get you dialed!
