At BRAH Electric, we manufacture aftermarket electrical parts that keep facilities running, contractors moving, and distributors supplied with the hard‑to‑find parts they depend on. We’re a fast-growing, tight-knit team that values initiative, precision, and collaboration. As our Office Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our operations—supporting leadership, organizing systems, and making sure the entire office runs efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and departmental communication between Sales, Fulfillment, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations.

  • Maintain company records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of new employees, including system access and orientation.

  • Support the sales and warehouse teams by managing order flow, filing, and customer communication as needed.

  • Continuously identify ways to improve efficiency across departments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of administrative or operations management experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to pivot quickly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CRM/ERP systems (Hubspot/NetSuite experience is a plus).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

  • You have experience supporting sales, procurement, or warehouse operations.

  • You enjoy building better systems and training others on improved workflows.

  • You have a good sense of humor and keep a positive energy even on busy days.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (on‑site)

  • Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually (DOE)

  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks starting + 8 paid holidays

  • Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance through United Healthcare after 6 months

  • 401(k) with 3% company match after 12 months
